Our chief speciality is conducting qualitative analysis of linguistic data - such as survey verbatims - at scale. We combine computational methods with interpretive discourse analyses to produce unique and innovative insights about communication from big data. And data that is often overlooked and undervalued.

Our philosophy is that understanding the linguistic choices people and organisations make has value. We use a variety of techniques, including discourse analysis, corpus analysis, narrative analysis and semiotics, to identify the links between language and the broader social context that frames it.
